- Payment Information: If you purchase our services, we collect payment details through our payment processors.

- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our services, including features used, actions taken, and time spent.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use, including device type, operating system, and browser type.
- Log Data: We collect server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

- Generate meeting summaries, action items, and insights

We may also use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information derived from usage of our services to improve system performance, reliability, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

- AI Processing Providers: We use Google Gemini / Vertex AI to power AI features (meeting summaries, chat, and notes), and Amazon Transcribe to transcribe meeting audio. Your audio, transcripts, notes, and prompts may be sent to these providers solely to provide the requested AI features such as transcription, summaries, note generation, and related functionality.
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our services (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing)
- Business Partners: With your consent, we may share information with partners who offer complementary services
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
Pique does not use your meeting recordings, transcripts, or notes to train generalized artificial intelligence models unless such use is explicitly disclosed and you provide consent.
4. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Meeting recordings and transcripts are retained according to your account settings. You can delete individual meetings or all data from your account dashboard.
If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time, except where retention is necessary for backup, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and audits
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Employee training on data protection
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
