Sponsor
Pique Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pique”).
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Pique, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 8:00 AM Central Time (CT) on March 20, 2026 and ends on March 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) (the “Entry Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by submitting the entry form found at www.pique.so/giveaway.
Bonus Entries
Participants may earn up to three (3) additional entries by completing the following optional actions:
- Downloading the Pique mobile app and signing up for free
- Following @meetpique on Instagram
- Commenting on the @meetpique Instagram launch post and tagging a friend
Each action may be completed once per participant. Completion of these actions is optional and not required to enter the giveaway.
Entry Limits
Participants may submit one (1) base entry per person during the giveaway period. Participants may also earn up to three (3) optional bonus entries, as described above.
Total maximum entries per participant: four (4).
Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
$200 Amazon Gift Card
Approximate retail value (ARV): $200.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway and the selection of the winner are final and binding.
Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry on or about March 22, 2026. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Taxes
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or network issues. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
General Release
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Pique, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize also constitutes the winner’s consent for Pique to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Privacy
Information submitted will be handled in accordance with Pique’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
