GETTING STARTED

1. Download and Install Download Pique for Mac from our launch page. We support both Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) and Intel Macs.

2. Connect Your Calendar Link your Google Calendar or Outlook to automatically detect upcoming meetings and enable one-click joining.

3. Start Your First Session Join a Zoom or Teams meeting, and Pique will automatically begin capturing and transcribing your conversation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why do I need the desktop app? A: Browsers cannot capture internal audio due to security restrictions. The desktop app allows Pique to capture audio directly from Zoom/Teams for the best transcription quality.

Q: Is my meeting data secure? A: Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your meeting content is processed securely and never shared with third parties.

Q: What meeting platforms are supported? A: Pique currently supports Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Support for Google Meet and other platforms is coming soon.

Q: Can I use Pique for in-person meetings? A: Yes! Pique can capture audio from your Mac's microphone for in-person meetings and lectures.

Q: How accurate is the transcription? A: Pique uses state-of-the-art speech recognition that achieves over 95% accuracy in most conditions. Accuracy may vary based on audio quality and accents.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Audio Not Capturing - Ensure Pique has microphone and screen recording permissions in System Preferences > Privacy & Security - Check that your meeting app is outputting audio to the correct device - Restart Pique and rejoin your meeting

Transcription Quality Issues - Ensure you're in a quiet environment with minimal background noise - Check that speakers are close to their microphones - Verify your internet connection is stable

App Crashes or Freezes - Update to the latest version of Pique - Restart your Mac and try again - If issues persist, contact support with your system information
